Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake (using Philadelphia with Cadbury's!)

Unless you've been living under a rock for the last month you've probably heard of Cadbury's chocolate Philadelphia. And you've probably had the philadelphia vs nutella debate. Well, this is one recipe where philadelphia wins... easy peasy chocolate fudge cheesecake!

You will need:
75g Digestives
20g Butter
1 tub Philadelphia with Cadbury's
180g Double cream
20g Icing sugar
2 or 3 Cadbury's fudge bars
1 Flake

Step 1: Melt the butter and crush the digestives...

Step 2: Press the mixture into your cake tin, or whatever you're using. I used these cute tumblers that I had kept from shop bought cheesecakes!
Step 3: Roughly chop up the fudge & then layer it on top of the biscuit base...

Step 4: Whisk together the philadelphia, cream and icing sugar until it forms soft peaks...

Or make your little brother do it for you!

Step 5: Pour the mixture over the biscuit base, sprinkle with the flake and pop it in the fridge to set!

And all that's left to do.... is enjoy! :)

  5. This is definitely worth breaking the summer diet for, the chocolate philly is amazing and I have to admit I was very sceptical!
