Made the spiciest turkey chilli ever, ate a crappy cheap steak from Tesco (never again) and made my baked eggs. They're so easy to make - you can read my recipe here. I also made the Asian style cod with pak choi from this clean eating challenge, which was my favourite meal of the week! It's worth looking through the whole challenge for some tasty meal ideas. If you follow me on instagram you'll know I've started doing a daily picture of everything I've eaten. It's just a way for me to keep track of my eating habits and realise just how much I actually eat throughout a typical day!
Monday - 5k run.
Tuesday - Kettlebells & metafit (kickback matrix... I freaking hate the matrix.)
Wednesday - 5.75k run.
Thursday - Metafit & Insanity class.
Friday - Quick weights sesh at the gym after work.
Saturday - Managed a 10k run in 1 hour 2mins - I did stop and speak to someone for 5 minutes so I'm pleased with that time. Just hope I can do it again next Sunday! Followed it up with weights in the gym. (My usual kettlebells & metafit classes were cancelled as my instructor is off to ShaunTerventionUK!)
Sunday - HIIT & weights!
