another weekend... in the gym #12


FOOD

I've missed a week out here... lately I've been staying at my Mum's - where biscuits are easily accessible - due to boiler problems (all fixed now!) so my routine is all to pot (blogging and eating). We've been indulging a bit too much in carbs and sugar so I'm pretty sure my body fat is not less than 20% any more! I made a lasagne for the 1st time in years so that was a treat! Anyway, with the sun shining over the weekend it's made me realise I need to get back on it so I don't feel like a podger in shorts this summer. After an epic lunch today anyway...


EXERCISE

Monday - Weights.
Tuesday - Weights.
Wednesday - Metafit (Chicken loop track!)
Thursday - Weights.
Friday - Rest day.
Saturday - Kettlebells followed by the goofy track at metafit
Sunday - HIIT & weights.

I'm glad my classes will be back to normal now but I have to admit I've enjoyed spending more time lifting weights in the gym. How have you been keeping fit lately? Any healthy recipes to share?

  1. Oh my gosh, your schedule is seriously impressive! I love my ballet class and rebounding (it's on trampolines!) plus some swimming but I definitely need to work in more strength/resistance work.

    First I'm going to try yoga for the first time in YEARS!
