I've been reasonably healthy this week - good, clean, nutritious meals but a few unhealthy snacks too... Not beating myself up about it though because, well whats the point? I felt like eating chocolate and ice cream so I did. Meals included mango coconut curry (chicken breast, onions coconut milk, chopped tomatoes, stock cube, garam masala, mango, spinach, done!) and a roasted cauliflower casserole with turkey mince. I made Hip & Healthy's raw vegan blueberry cheesecake on Friday... I'm not 100% convinced by it. I'm a big cheesecake fan but the walnut base just didn't cut it for me. I think next time I'll use cashews or almonds for a sweeter base and maybe do a strawberry topping! Whats your favourite healthy treat to make?

Tuesday - Kettlebells & Metafit (Grind)
Wednesday - Metafit (Grind, again!)
Thursday - Morning metafit (Pipeline matrix, I think that's what it's called anyway) then a new round of Insanity class in the evening! One armed high planks... ouch.
Friday - Weights.
Saturday - Rest day.
Sunday - HIIT & Weights
