Planned to make turkey burgers... did spaghetti bolognaise instead! Had salmon with morrisons bistro sala (the only leafy salad I can stand) and sweet potato wedges one night and made my baked eggs. I also tried mashing up a banana and avocado together to spread on toast after someone at the gym recommended it... holy guacamole! Try it! Apparently if you add vanilla essence it makes a good frosting for cakes. Unfortunately this week I found out my body fat % has gone up to 21.8%! I knew I hadn't been eating well (half packets of oreos are not good for you!) but this was the kick up the backside I needed to stop.

Tuesday - Kettlebells & Metafit
Wednesday - Got my nails done instead!
Thursday - Metafit, a little bit of outdoor training & Insanity - FINALLY managed to master the "crocodile", which is kind of a cross between a push up and a plank. It's taken me about a year to do & I'm so proud haha! It's an amazing feeling realising that your body is getting stronger.

Sunday - Gone roadtrippin'...
