This is getting boring eh? I binged all day Wednesday and felt super guilty but ended the week much better. Gordon made some epic omelettes on Saturday night! Have you tried the new Innocent Antioxidant super smoothie? I picked one up in Tesco the other day and loved it! I wish my local Morrisons would start stocking more healthy options, it would make my life so much easier.
Monday - Tried my 1st ever yoga class - I'm in love! It was fairly basic but I really enjoyed it and found some parts surprisingly challenging. Looking forward to #2 tonight. Namaste! ;)
Tuesday - Kettlebells & Metafit.
Wednesdsay - Rest day.
Thursday - Only 3 of us turned up for metafit in the morning so we ended up doing T25 Gamma Speed 3.0 instead - holy crap! 25 minutes of intense cardio & trying my best to keep up with the boys. Somehow I made it to insanity class in the evening too.
Friday - HIIT & weights.
Saturday - Rest day. My entire body was in agony from the last couple of days!
Sunday - Weights.
