in the gym #32

FOOD

I haven't been quite as strict this week and I'm feeling it! In fact I think there's a double chin situation going on... despite being told there isn't! My body fat % hasn't dropped as much as I would of liked in the last fortnight so I need to reign it in before it gets out of hand. Muscle mass is still on the up so technically everything is still going in the right direction, but with hennys, weddings, upcoming holidays and of course the festive season on the way I'll need to try hard to keep it that way. I usually only drink once a month (if that!) so all this partying is bound to take it's toll. 

My plan for the next few weeks is to up my training, to play around with my macros a bit (swapping some carbs for extra protein), to get more sleep and to stay off the booze until we head to Dublin for Gordon's 30th!

EXERCISE

Monday - Yoga
Tuesday - Kettlebells.
Wednesday - Weights.
Thursday - Insanity class.
Friday - Rest day.
Saturday - Kettlebells & metafit.
Sunday - Weights.
