in the gym #33


FOOD

This week has been much better for staying on track with my nutrition! Upping the protein and reducing the carbs a wee bit. I had no plans this weekend which made it much easier to stick to my plan (and stay tee-total!). My clothes are feeling a wee bit looser so that's always a good sign... and I'm only seeing one chin in the mirror this week ;)


EXERCISE

Monday - Boxercise
Tuesday - Kettlebells & metafit
Wednesday - Weights
Thursday - Insanity - wore my new Nike Bionics and I love them! The sole is so thin and light it's like there's nothing there, but in a good way - it makes landing soft so much easier and more natural. I can tuck jump to my hearts content (so about 4 times then!) and not feel any impact on my knees.
Friday - Weights.
Saturday - Rest day.
Sunday - Weights & HIIT

This week I've been feeling stronger in the gym and managing to lift a little heavier. I'm still not managing to get more sleep really - I go to bed at 10pm and lie awake til around midnight! Hoping to get to a few more early morning classes over the next few weeks though so that'll increase my cardio and hopefully help tire me out!
