Roadtrip Part 3 - This is the end, beautiful friend...

On Sunday morning Gordon and I stopped by to see his family before heading off on our journeys again. After a quick stop exploration around my Grandma's old house in Kingsbarns (more on that another day!) we arrived in St Andrews. In the pouring rain...

We needed somewhere to hide from the rain so, with The Londoner's recommendations in mind we ducked into Mitchell's for lunch. I am pleased to confirm that Rose made no exaggeration - the haggis there really is amazing! The seating was just as impressive with it's patchwork jackets...

We enjoyed our full cooked breakfast (yes, at 3.30pm) before the sun finally made an appearance, and we were able to have a stroll around the town. It was ridiculously busy with tourists but we managed a quick walk around the castle and our usual stop at Luvians for Irn Bru sorbet - you must try this, I've been obsessed with it for pretty much my whole life - and then off we headed, home to reality...

Zara fantasy coat // Topshop leopard print skater dress // River Island boots & bag // Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses // Topshop necklace // Bracelets as before

I'm wearing the Zara coat that Gordon bought me as an early birthday present (my actual birthday is today!) This was the 1st time I wore it. I struggled to find a casual way to style it but quite like it with the skater dress and tights. The crochet detail and studded collar are so gorgeous! This is definitely a statement jacket that will be thriving in my wardrobe for a long time to come!
