Christmas Dinner

Merry Christmas! I hope you all had a good one? Gordon spoiled me with a Mulberry surprise and my favourite Dior perfume, and my Mum & Dad got me the GoPro I'd been after so mine was very successful on the present front! This year Mum was in charge of Christmas dinner and did a fantastic job...

Pate and oatcakes, parsnip and apple soup, turkey with all the trimmings; brussels, stuffing balls, honey roast carrots and parsnips, pigs in blankets, my favourite roast potatoes and homemade cranberry sauce! Homemade crackers and everything... Epic.

I was in charge of pudding and ended up making this Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake - recipe to come soon! Mum went OTT as always and also bought a plain cheesecake, chocolate and raspberry cake, sticky toffee pudding, Christmas pudding and macarons. Mental. Needless to say we needed a long walk on Boxing day to burn off a few calories...

How did you spend your Christmas and Boxing day?

  1. All of that food looks gorgeous, however when I was reading it and scrolled to the picture of the pate and oatcakes I did think for a second that it was all you had! Well done for managing 4 courses including soup, I struggle enough with 2 courses on Christmas day!
